1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fill77 services, you must register a Player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on fill77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. fill77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify fill77 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. fill77 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fill77 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on fill77 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your fill77 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. fill77 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. fill77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

Anti-Money Laundering: fill77 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. fill77 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into any Player account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

• Players may only withdraw funds to payment methods registered in their own name.

• Funds deposited on fill77 do not accrue interest.
• fill77 is not a financial institution and does not provide banking services.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fill77 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

General bonus terms applicable to all fill77 promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• fill77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a Player.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fill77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.

fill77 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. The RNG systems used by fill77 are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable standards. The outcome of each game round is determined solely by the RNG and is not influenced by fill77 or any third party.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, fill77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. fill77 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be reversed once a game round has commenced.
• fill77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a system error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fill77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

The fill77 name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are trademarks of fill77. Unauthorised use of any fill77 trademark is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fill77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond fill77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any errors or omissions in game content, payout calculations, or promotional materials, where such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

fill77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fill77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.

Upon termination of your account for any reason other than a breach by you, fill77 will return any verified account balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable verification and compliance checks.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, fill77 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance and to set off any amounts owed by you to fill77 against funds held in your account.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. fill77 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute arising between you and fill77 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to proceedings being brought in those courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum or any similar grounds.

Nothing in this clause shall limit fill77's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

14. Amendments to These Terms

fill77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your account by contacting fill77 customer support. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at the time of any dispute shall be the version applicable to that dispute, unless the dispute relates to conduct that predates the most recent amendment.
